I am writing reference the article on the machine above in your September 2019 issue.
I have no information concerning the machine as a whole, but my attention was immediately drawn by two unusual features on the engine.
I own a 1909 Lincoln Elk and, as you will see from the attached photograph, it has a very similar design of cast bronze timing case cover and an unusual, horizontally split magneto chain cover.
