The BSA B32 is almost a motorcycle without portfolio, a machine often mistaken, if not misunderstood. It is also a motorcycle that one wonders ‘why?’ did it exist anyway, as it seemingly doesn’t make sense, logically or economically – but it was listed year after year, in various incarnations.
This immaculate example has been restored by Manchester-based Rob Jones, though it has been a project with more than a little sadness to it, as it has been ongoing during the time Rob’s father, Alan, became ill and subsequently passed away.
“Dad got me into it all,” reflects Rob about his passion for British motorcycles. “I bought the B32 in May 2015, just before he got poorly, so he did see it as collected.”
